Updating an Employee

You can update the details of an employee in the Employee master file, and you can delete employees you no longer require. Note that you cannot delete employees whose Status is Active.

If you want to change an employee number, refer to "Maintenance - Job Maintenance - Change Employee".

  1. Open the Employee Update screen for the employee you want to update or delete.

Refer to "Opening the Employee Master File".

  1. Optionally, recall an existing employee by selecting FILE | FIND.
  1. Update the employee details on the following tabs as required:
  1. Select FILE | SAVE.
  1. To delete the employee displayed, select FILE | DELETE.
